The store is not open yet, so no orders are being taken. This is the plan for launch; the final policy will be published before the first sale.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we will replace it at no cost. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Made to order

Because every piece is printed for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Lifetime warranty on numbered canvases

Numbered canvases can be registered with the QR code on their certificate card. If a registered canvas wears out, we will replace it once, keeping the same edition number. Full terms will be published before launch.
